Unfortunately this database is not currently available due to ‘ongoing server issues’.

A free database from the Aggressive Research Intelligence Facility (ARIF) at the University of Birmingham, UK. The majority of these systematic reviews relate to the effectiveness of drugs, devices or other healthcare interventions. the ARIF database now includes reviews from areas such as transport, criminology, education and even ecology. About 10% of the 15,000 reviews it contains currently are systematic reviews of diagnostic test accuracy/screening studies.
